Nice staff, top breakfast for US standards, location to Boston, Cape Cod... Clean rooms.
The hotel is located on the edge of an industrial area, but right on the interstate .. So again good. A restaurant is right next door.

The fact that I was charged more than the booked price, and how I was forced to pay upfront instead of at check out like most hotels

Food was good, Staff was very helpful and professional. We were pleased with the condition of the hotel.
There was a chemical smell in the room probably due to cleaning ingredients or chlorine from pool.

Clean hotel with good and easy location in Fall River just next door to areas of the dining area, and restaurant next door. Spotless and well priced room, had a very very good stay for Easter weekend...

great park views and nearby historic landmarks
I appreciated the spacious room with a tv and a nice microwave. The breakfast selection included a good mix of hot and cold items that fueled my city strolls. Being so close to the Lizzie Borden House and Oak Grove Cemetery made it super easy for me to enjoy the history of Fall River while walking through beautiful parks.

The staff was friendly an room was clean except top had white film in it
That I was charged a $50 pet fee although understand le but was also charged an additional $100 fee an was not notified until arrival of either fee.... I was happy to pay the deposit until in the a.m they decided to tell me I must wait 3 to 4 days after the weekend to receive my deposit back this was Friday evening .... have stayed in many decent hotels an never had a deposit or pet fee was a little frustrating ... an their pool an dining area were being remodeled an out of use (pool )

Easy to get to. Convenient to local stores and restaraunts.
Roomers upstairs were extremely noisy. We were awakened at around 3;00am by the laughter and other noise.
